Returns and Exchanges

At SoRock we want you to love what you ordered. Returns and exchanges cannot be worn or washed. 

How do I exchange or return an item?

You should of received a exchange/return card in with your order. Simple fill that card out and send it to the address below. SoRock does not reimburse shipping expenses for refunds or exchanges. We will happily pay to ship the new exchange item back to you.

If you do not have your return/exchange card please write us a brief note telling us what you would like us to do. Be sure to include the order number and if you are requesting an exchange include the return shipping address.
